In order for Resuscitology Pty Ltd and its course organisers, to plan and execute the Resuscitology courses it is necessary for Resuscitology Pty Ltd to collect personal information from individuals participating in these courses and associated events.

The information Resuscitology Pty Ltd collects about individuals includes name, address, contact details, place of work, professional group, dietary requirements and College membership numbers for accreditation purposes.

In registering for the Resuscitology Course, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and sponsoring companies if any. Normally this information would be name, surname, professional group and institution.

The course organisers may use delegate details to inform current delegates of any course updates or future courses via email or other marketing communication platforms. Delegates are responsible for advising the course organisers if they do not wish to have their name and other details included in the course delegate list or distribution list for future events.

Resuscitology Course organisers will only disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected.

Third Party Disclosure
Resuscitology Course organisers do engage with third parties from time to time to perform certain business functions. Therefore, it is sometimes necessary to disclose personal information to those suppliers. Such material may be published, either in electronic media (including our website, social media pages) or in hard copy publications. Resuscitology may also take image recordings of attendees at Resuscitology course and events, which may be published on the Resuscitology website or other social media with your consent (express or implied).

Data Security
Resuscitology Pty Ltd and its course organisers take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised use, access, disclosure and alteration.
All Resuscitology course organisers and contractors must comply with Australian and New Zealand privacy laws and acts.
Resuscitology Pty Ltd and its approved contractors, may store electronic information on remote servers or in the cloud directly, or through contracted agencies in Australia and New Zealand, as permitted by privacy legislation.
Information will be held until it is no longer needed for any function or activity of Resuscitology courses, at which time it will be destroyed or de-identified unless its retention of data is required or permitted by law.
